Our organization requires reliable staff for each of our events. We pride ourselves on providing volunteer opportunities that give a sense of fulfillment while allowing an opportunity to network with our sponsors. Each event involves participants from our local community that support CFK on a day-to-day basis and strive to help us achieve our vision.
Should you choose to volunteer with us, you will be exposed to a unique event that involves people all across the nation. Some of our events include:
Community Day
Volunteers will work a combined 4500 hours in one, six-hour day by assisting local non-profit organizations with facility improvements. By helping these local children's organizations, our volunteers are able to finish the projects in one day, saving the organization both time and money. Your participation will give you the satisfaction of knowing that you have helped the children of our community by improving their surroundings.
Denver Day of Rock
Denver Day of Rock returns for its second year and promises to be larger than ever. With music, food and fun, the event will take place on the 16th Street Mall. To meet the increased size and scope of the event, more volunteers than ever will be needed! From assisting with staging needs, to directing traffic, volunteers will be at the forefront of the event, all while enjoying a full day of live music and fun. Country Western Showcase
Volunteers will be able to enjoy live music while helping direct VIP's, and assist with event ticketing. Both concerts will have top-notch entertainment and our Country-Western Concert will feature a Celebrity Bull-Riding contest! All proceeds from the concert ticket sales and bull-riding pledges raise money for our beneficiaries while targeting a diverse audience.
Bowl-A-Thon
This annual event needs outgoing people to assist with applying the rules (referee), checking-in bowlers and enjoy watching the competition between rivals while helping the event run smoothly!
